Teesta river rises in eastern Himalayan Indian state of Sikkim and flowing through Sikkim and West Bangal joins Brahmaputra in Bangladesh. It passes through Siliguri and Jalpaiguri district of Indian state of West Bengal. It is a disputed river between India and Bangladesh. Tength of Teesta river is 315 km. Teesta is the longest river of Sikkim.
